Train and develop well and are an ambitious company to work for. this keeps things interesting and challenging. I wouldn't recommend to someone who wanted to get by 9-5 in an office job. I would recommend to someone who wants to get involved through the week and get stuck in to new challenges and innovation.
Be interested in the future of construction and the advancing of construction technology. As well as a keen focus on health and safety within the construction workplace.
