  • developed my customer service skills and how to communicate effectively with different types of customers on the phone. Learned how to use the different technology and equipment to help us give customers the best experience

  • I am enjoying the apprenticeship scheme, learning whilst earning a excellent salary

  • Appreciation from my Team Leader, offered different benefit schemes and excellent support from the learning associates

  • 12 week training programme is well organised and very in depth learning.
