It involves dealing with customers gas and electricity
Learned different ways to speak to different people and ways of which to deal with conflict

I feel the programme is well structured and has been well organised we have been told everything that we need to do with plenty of notice
You receive as much support as you need. You can ask for support from anyone, team leader/manager/specialist and they will do they're best to help as much as they possibly can

Yeah there are opportunities out of work and there are a lot of clubs/events etc that are organised
