As a Customer Service Advisor. I offer the best advice I can give with knowledge that is constantly being strengthened every day. This allows me to provide the customer with the right solution every time.
I have developed my soft skills and work ethic in a professional environment. I keep to a routine every day that adheres to the business' values and expectations.
I work with a great team full of people with different personalities and backgrounds, all with commitment to their role. The program is welcoming with opportunities for growth.
I have never felt more recognised in my life. No one is left to the side when it comes to praise and appreciation. I feel like every thing I do is valued.
The training and support was really helpful, the mentors especially. I feel that this was a great introduction to the business and how it operated. Each member of the team has a champion role which makes everyone feel valued.
Our tutor was the best, she was really knowledgeable and helpful. Her training and guidance will see me through the rest of my journey at British Gas.
My mentor became our team specialist so I receive help from her every day. My manager is very wise and knowledgeable about the business so I receive great support from him.
The salary covers the costs of a young adult living with parents. Travel costs are easily covered and I have money to spare. I imagine if I had my own property I would struggle.
There are a few volunteer opportunities but I am not aware of any curricular activities.
Yes
Then they could meet my friends and we could all hang out
