I really enjoy the programme so far I have managed to increase my network so I now know lots of people from lots of different offices. I have many different experiences as no one day is the same as another which I really like. I also enjoy the team aspect the team and the people that work at EY make you want to do more and achieve more.
Sometimes you can just feel like a number in a large company like EY, however there are times for you to shine and when you do you get rewarded like passing exams first time or working above and beyond what is expected of you. I was lucky enough to earn a values award which gave me a bonus for working above and beyond what is expected of me.

They are accessible through phone or email, as well as we go off to college and they are there with us after hours providing extra support. I find the extra support really helpful.
Managers take the time to sit with you and help if you are stuck on something and are very keen to show you new things that you can do or different techniques at approaching certain things.
