apprentice engineer. train at North West Training Council which is located in Bootle. 4 days a week practical in the workshop doing electrical maintenance and mechanical maintenance. 1 day theory where we learn about all aspects of engineering.
yes I have learned a lot of new skills such as electrical maintenance and mechanical maintenance.
I am really enjoying the program as I am learning lots of new skills and meeting lots of new people.

my program is well structured and organised as I know what is going on at all time.
I am receiving lots of support from my training provider which is NWTC.
I am receiving lots of support from my employer as my mange comes to visit me and my colleagues at the training centre at least once a month.
my salary meets my daily cost plus I also save the majority of my wages for the future and I am still left with more than enough.
yes. after I finish my apprenticeship there will be lots of opportunities as I will be a qualified engineer.
