Supporting a production line and ensuring the work can be completed in a timely manner. Working to improve processes, using continuous improvement and other business improvement techniques. I work with the production team and operators to gather feedback.
I have gone through many qualifications, starting from a City and Guilds, through to a HNC, HND and a BEng in Engineering. Internally I have learnt key aspects of my production line and am continuing to learn about Paint Application
Very, I enjoy working in my team and looking at key projects. I like introducing processes and helping the operators do their jobs more effectively and efficiently
Very, everyone is helpful and pushes you to do your best
Very organized, it was all set out at the beginning and we have been following it ever since. Internal work helps you with your college study
