Currently in training, and also studying at University, learning knowledge of where I can apply skills in real life work environment.
Yes - technical knowledge from Universtity and work environment behaviour
The programme itself (on paper) is extremely good, with a lot of benefits. However in most cases it has differed when it actually comes down to it, with treatment within the company.
Currently in the team I am working within now, I feel very valued and comfortable, however previously I have often felt excluded and not valued.
Our programme covers a variety of courses to improve performance, however it is not entirely structured, often over promising and under delivering.
I receive sufficient support if asked.
All the support necessary, when prompted.
Very well, great expense system and company are fantastic in how they treat employees with benefits.

Company is very large monopoly, great opportunity to develop real life working skills whilst studying for degree and good benefits system. Great for apprenticeships.
Very different to University/college environment. You may feel you are always under the microscope, takes a while to adjust but a good company to learn valuable life skills from.
