I have learnt leadership in the workplace and key elements that an employee requires to advance themselves in the world of work.
I believe it was a far better choice than attending university as the skills I have learned here have made me far more employable than most graduates at the same age.
My team have made me feel that I impact the team on a regular basis and that my contributions not only matter but are well recognised.
It has a set structure in terms of how examinations towards the qualification work however for work itself it’s up to you how far you get with that.
Everyone in the team supports me in some way and helps me with every aspect of the course

Although I wish my pay package was higher, I cannot deny that it is still far higher than what a huge proportion of people my age are earning at this stage.
Social events are none stop - opportunities are everywhere

Especially if you want a career in finance, I can’t see a better way to go.
If you are sure that finance is what you want and that a Big 4 firm is where you want to end up, the leaver programme outshines university 10 to 1
