I'm a trainee associate so i'm not qualified but at the moment i'm doing lots of compliance tasks and learning about what others do. Interactions with other staff is really good, everybody in my team is really kind and supportive.
I'm currently do an ATT qualification with PwC where i'm developing lots of Personal Tax skills and Capital Gains Tax skills. PwC have also done Making it real courses where i've learned about how to be a PwC professional and started to learn about corporation tax and inheritance tax.
The work at the moment is interesting and rewarding, the team is really good with everyone offering help when i need it. The company culture is really good with flexible working.
Obviously i've just started and i'm not qualified so it's hard to be recognised and valued, but the team i work in value me a lot.
College time is spread out which os good and the rest of the time i'm in the office so yeah it's fairly well organised. There is the odd trip to other offices as well for meetings which is well scheduled.
The tutors at Kaplan are really good and you have your own kaplan tutor which you can go to if you have problems and are stuck.
again this is really good in the sense that everyone in the team i work in provides great support to me when i'm working.
Really well, the salary and benfeits is way above what i was expecting.
Yeah, there is great opportunities to socialise which i have taken up such as playing 5 a side football with other people in my office that don't work in the same team as me.
Yes
because the whole package is really good, you meet great people and have a good time at work.
Be yourself at assessment centres and interviews, that's what i did and now they employ me :)
