I have been taught on a lot of new systems at work which is brilliant, i have been trusted with some high level work, i have been further taught on excel and have had a more advanced training on it. Intermediate skills and communication skills have developed. I have also learnt about business communication with my apprenticeship. Along with Admin skills.
Everyone at work are friendly and i enjoy coming to work. My manager is very good at her job and she has taught me a lot. I also observe her in her role so that i can develop even more. The qualification is great and im learning a lot about Business administration. i have over achieved in my first few months and continue to improve and impress. There is a real good atmosphere here as work which is brilliant as it makes it easier to fit in with everyone.
External recognition is brilliant and gives me confident, my boss' boss' boss, mentioned me in a huge nation email for a nomination for star of the month which felt great. My managers end of year review regarding me was brilliant and showed me how well i was doing as i work hard everyday and when it pays off it feels gd
I feel like my programme is well organised most of the time. my experience my assessor is good, and I feel like im learning a lot which is brilliant I'm still dealing with. Its very structured and i mostly know what is required from me in terms of work and learning and being prepared
My tutor is ok, however he doesn't really teach me much and kind of just tell me what to learn, so it feels more solo and on my own, he is an assessor more than anything. I think as i get further into the apprenticeship i will get more support from him. Other than that everything is on track.
My employers are brilliant i get constant support and advice, firstly from my manager who always helps and is there to talk. she is also very keen to improve how i work and what i learn. the staff are the same and they always try and give me advice and help out when needed.
For a apprenticeship it is a brilliant salary as it is well above the average that apprenticeships pay. I hope it does rise in a few years and im almost guaranteed that it will as i should get a permanent role at the end of the apprenticeship. i also get very good bonuses after 12 months and 18 months.
There are quarterly events which are brilliant and i have a say in what we do as im in the events teams, we do a lot of charity and thats brilliant. when i wasnt working here i was at home doing nothing and being bored but now this job allows me to have a better life.
