Chasing the third party insurance company for outlay, speaking to customers/store owners/police etc.
studying for CII exams to become Level 3 Insurance practitioner - gives me the opportunity to learn about all aspects of insurance have also developed by confidence and professional skills
really enjoy working for direct line
the company is very good at making everyone feel important - it doesn't feel like their is an overpowering hierarchy in the department
spent a lot of time in training before working independently and can always ask for help from those around me my team leaders always go out of their way to make sure we are doing okay and getting the support we need
not much support in person but can always email/text/call trainer if we get stuck when revising

be yourself - it sounds cliche but they are a really accepting company providing a comfortable work environment where everyone feels welcome they value passion and enthusiasm more than qualifications
