My role is to talk to customers, answer any questions they have in regards to their car insurance policies and also renew their policies.
I have definitely developed my communication skills further. Talking to different types of customers has helped me develop my communication skills as I have to deal with different people in different ways. It has also helped me develop my confidence.
I really enjoy the programme as it is very interesting and I enjoy speaking to everyone I work with.
I feel very valued. If you work hard and get stuff done they will reward you.
MY programme is well organised and easily accessible. I feel very comfortable with the programme
