I am a key part of the team helping to complete the audit of some of the biggest companies in the UK. I have access to some of the biggest people within companies and interact with them daily. Day to day I help complete the audit like any other member of the team and get given different tasks and responsibilities on each job.
Yes, I am studying towards my ACA qualification and have so far sat and passed two exams. I am learning valuable professional skills and facts for the financial services profession as well as personal social and work skills to get the best out of myself.
I feel like a key member of every team and am not treated any differently to long standing employees. I am praised and rewarded for my input appropriately and feel well valued.
We get support from Kaplan in many forms as well as help hotlines and tutors to help us with any queries we have.
A lot. Every member of the team is more than happy to help and provide support and guidance on every task. Even if you've done it before.
We get paid well for our costs and can expense larger costs. It seems very fair.
Yes
The skills I have obtained and opportunities I have are not accessible by many especially at a younger age so I would recommend to anyone if they have this opportunity.
