I am an apprentice Joiner, on site for Engie. Although i am a joiner when the company, i help with deliverys and bits i am asked to do.
Yes i have developed people skills and communication skills. Also my time keeping skills have progressed rapidly.
I would like to successfully complete my apprenticeship, the continuevto a level 3 with Engie.
I feel like my opinion matters. Management are very understanding, and will try to there best of there capability to make sure there empolyees are happy.
My programme is well structured, although i feel that to many people are involved with my apprenticeship, e.g. CITB.
I recieve every bit of support i need.
My empolyer is always asking how i am which is good. He also asks if other employees are okay towards me, which is very supportive of my manager. He also gets involved and checks the work i have completed.
Although my salary is higher than the average apprentice, i do struggle as i have a little girl to provide for also.
Its not that there isnt any, i just dont look for them.
Yes
Because they are the company of the future.
Listen to the management and do as they say, and if you ever have a problem - they will sort it.
