Apprentice joiner. Cleaning and fencing, maintaining a tidy site to keep a safe site. Receiving deliveries. First fix and second fix joinery
Developed existing skills such as measuring, cutting and marking.
I enjoy my program due to having a good management who allow me to do joinery and give me independent tasks.
I feel I have been fairly valued.
It's fairly well organised as I have an input and can discuss any issues with my foreman.
I receive enough support to help me complete my nvq
