    • Apprentice joiner. Cleaning and fencing, maintaining a tidy site to keep a safe site. Receiving deliveries. First fix and second fix joinery

    • Developed existing skills such as measuring, cutting and marking.

    • I enjoy my program due to having a good management who allow me to do joinery and give me independent tasks.

    • I feel I have been fairly valued.

    • It's fairly well organised as I have an input and can discuss any issues with my foreman.

    • I receive enough support to help me complete my nvq

    • I get a fair amount of support from my employer.

    • Due to having a great experience with my colleagues and management

    • Keep in mind of your goal and try your best. You'll have enough support from colleagues around you
