I am a customer advisor, helping customers who want an insurance quote.
Yes I have learnt many new skills which help me from day to day achieve to the best of my ability.
I like my programme as it makes me concentrate on my role more as I detail what my day to day role is.
I feel very valued by the co op as they support me in any way they can do.
My programme is structured, but the only issue is we are not allocated a very long time to do the work so it means completing it at home.
I receive any support I need from Kara.
Not much support as I don't need it.
