Electrical engineering maintaining electrical equipment and carry out various project on a day to day basis. I get to meet many people in different areas within the business on a daily basis. main responsibilities is to get the project done within the time frame. there are many project that I get involved with there is no set day to day job it is different each day
I have learnt a range of different skill from using various machinery and equipment. There are various other course that I get involved in such as fire training.
I enjoy what I am doing it is more than what I can expect
as someone who is new and learn the people at DSTL will take time out of there busy day to give you a hand and help you understand things that you are not sure on
the programme is structured really well as it is not just sitting in a classroom its very much hands on

the salary is really good for an apprentice wage
there are many opportunities to get involved in various work activities outside of work such as trip to Thorpe park
Yes
it is a great place learning and there are many exciting projects to get involved in that not many people see
a tip would to be to research abit about the company and what they do. Also mention about health and safety as that is always a focal point.
