my day to day job can vary from fixing a broken pump to replacing seals or even doing confined spaces work.
i have learnt a lot of new skills at college last year and this year at work i have also learnt a lot about the theory side of things
i am really enjoying the program the course is really good and so is all of the practical side of things.
yes i feel very valued by thames water.
i feel that the program is very well structured and organised
i receive a sufficient amount of support from the training provider
i recieve a lot of support and help from thames and i know that i can always ask for help
my salary is one of the best apprentice salarys around and i feel that it is a sufficent starting point.
we get two days a year to help fund raise which i find a good outside of work oppotunity
Yes
as it is such a good apprenticeship scheme and is a great start on a career path that you choose.
make sure you do your research and make sure that you know what you are signing up for.
