I am currently training to be an engineer, which could be in one of here disiplines. My day to day work consists of training in my small class and essentially trying out the jobs that I will do after my apprenticeship.
I had a basics understanding of engineering and my practical skills were average. So far I have learnt a lot and have more confidence in my skills.
I enjoy my work a lot and feel like I am pushing myself to learn.
Very, my manager and coordinator take time to ask me how I am and if I am okay on a regular basis.
We have our programmes planned out for us and know what we are doing and when do we can be prepared.
A lot, we have access to our instructors and can request to talk to them whenever and they will listen.
I receive a lot of support, such as during family problems or other personal issues.
It is okay, we have food and accommodation paid for so the salary is good.
There are sports facilities we have access to but not much else.
Yes
