EY Skills Academy
Yes- Have learnt about my working style and my strengths and weaknesses. Have improved team working and communication skills.
Loved it! Each activity was well planned and fun.
The emphasis on reflection and feedback was great. We were treated maturely, and everyone was open and honest with each other.
There was a clear structure to the programme- each day would start with what we would be doing and this was mainly kept to.
The facilitator was incredibly helpful, but also made sure not to hand out the answers to us.
It was made sure we understood the role of everyone involved. They were all very welcoming and friendly.
Didn't have to pay for any of it!
EY Skills Academy has opened doors to many other programmes, such as one for school leavers.
