I am an office manager, I oversee two teams. One look at all cu orders leaving the site, the second book all the PO's delivered into site onto the system. I ensure we work efficiently and accurately.
Main skills learnt were all associated with people- dealing with training, reviews etc
it was very informative and I gained more knowledge.
I don't not feel as valued as I could.
My programme was very structured.
My provider was very supportive and able to help when I needed.
I receive less support but if I ask it will be given.
I am underpaid compared to my other colleagues within my department at the same level.
I think there are options if I were to want to look

There is a very unbalanced salary structure, training is not provided for many roles.
