Job Title - Flying Start Degree Programme - Graduate Daily task - auditing large companies finances and gaining an understanding of how the accounting process works in the real world. Interacting with FC's and FD's and challenging approaches. Coaching junior members of the team and supporting the team
ACA, SAP use, Altitude development course
The programme is good and offers a great oppurtunity to experience work and with a job at the end of it
Regular feedback ensures value is felt and recognition awards can be given. CLient feedback can also be a postiive thing
Very well structured, training given as well as a vast support network feauturing the ICAEW. PwC and University.
Ample, Kaplan got me through the last 3 ACA exams with as much support as required. This was the same whilst studying at university
People manager was great and supported/helped me in anything i wanted or didn't want to do
Salary meets costs with some disposable income, I am able to run a car, rent a flat and socialise easily. However it could be more to be in line with competitors
