I was a part of the fixed income team shadowing my manager ; [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions]. I met and spoke to many other people throughout the building getting to know what other people jobs are etc.
Yes I have learnt many new skills and developed my existing skills for instance I now know how to communicate to older people and I have developed my PowerPoint skills.
I have enjoyed this programme a lot.
I felt very valued by M&G investments because they was always a positive atmosphere wherever I went and they treated me like an adult.
My programme was very organised because whenever we had an event it would always start at the time they said it will.
I received a lot of support from my training provider because whenever I didn't seem myself or I felt shy the M&G staff were always supportive and asked if I were alright
Yes
Because I feel that a lot more people should be able to experience this opportunity like I was able to because it shows people the real work life.
Don't be scared to ask questions Always smile and be happy
