My role was to research about the companies that I was learning about and meet the company and answer some questions about their company and figure out how their business was doing. I also had to make a presentation on my work experience and I had to meet some apprentices and graduates to here about how they got to where they are and how they did it. I also had to research about Equities and what it is and how it works.
I have learnt commercial awareness, adaptability, communication skill and team work. I also learnt how to write a good CV and I learnt how to communicate with professionals and how to answer questions in an interview.
I enjoyed my work experience to a very long extent because I have learnt so much from my time their and I have gained amazing skills and I was able to improve some of the skills that I have already.
I appreciated all the effort the long term talent team have given to make I feel welcome which they have done well and they have made me feel confident and my manager has taught me so much and given wonderful knowledge about finance and the history of M&G.
I had a great interdiction from everyone their and the support that they have given me were exceptional.
I received support from my manager and everyone that I have met.
I gained a lot of support from my employer and he gave me a lot of guidance and support and has helped me with the problems I faced and had good attitude towards me and gave me respect as an individual.
