My role is to make the shop floor look presentable as well as reduce the risk of any health and safety on the shop floor and give the customers a great experience.
I’ve learnt a lot about customer service skills and how to interact with staff members in a professional way as well as customers.
I really enjoy the programme I’m on as it is an easy going programme yet there’s always new skills to learn
I feel extremely valued by Aldi, everyone helps everyone and I couldn’t ask for a better team
The programme I’m on is very straight forward and easy to follow
I receive more than enough training from my training provider, always get help when I’m struggling and won’t be left not knowing what to do
Again I receive so much support from my employer I could turn to her for anything and she’ll always support me the best way possible
I’d say it is a good salary for apprenticeship wage but it isn’t lasting me the whole month... it’s running out mid month which leaves me struggling for the other half, but definitely a good wage
I’m not sure what this is referring to
Yes
Low costs, minimal brands to chose from, amazing customer service, career opportunities, everyday amazing
I would tell them that it’s hard work but very rewarding and to just take each day as it comes and enjoy their experience
