My role consists of regular interaction with all people on my team. The job includes working on my project and completing all tasks asked to be completed.
I have learnt how to manage my time in accordance to all of my external Mace training. I have improved my people skills.
I find the programme exciting, it gives us a great experience to go on site regularly, work on projects and attend training days.
I feel valuable to Mace, as I have been asked to go manage a lesson learnt package which involves the progress across the whole project.
My programme is structured very well, I have training days, project work and external training for my support.
My training provider gives me great help on my project, I have support from all of my team.
I receive numerous help. I have a Line Manager, Mentor and a Buddy. I meet regularly with all my helpers and receive great advice.
The salary that the apprentices receive for leaving sixth form fresh is great, I have never had a large payment at one instance and it was very rewarding. The company pays for all of my travel to sites so you are not required to pay for site meetings.
Outside of work there are many opportunities, they offer voluntary days, gym days and social events outside of work so you can create a greater relationship with your team.
