Attending sites carrying out maintenance and breakdowns.
Yes how to use tools properly and correctly and how to interpret situations better.
I enjoy the aspect of it where you may be a different place every day doing a different thing everyday.

Not very well to begin with but it is being sorted now and it getting a lot better than what it was.
Again was little to begin with but now it is getting better. Training provider is not local but can email or phone.
Support is good as I feel I can now talk to someone about things if I'm struggling.

Good pay, good people, good port folio to work with.
Persevere even if there is something you do not understand as there is capable and helpful people who will explain it to you until you do understand it.
