I work within the Human Resourcing team. I book interviews and update status on our system. I communicate daily with hiring managers, my team and candidates. I also set adverts live for vacant jobs and chase managers regarding their interviews if the status of their role has been sat at the same thing for a period of time.
I have already learnt a lot of new things during my short time here. I am starting to attend more events to increase and gain knowledge of recruitment.
I enjoy my whole programme. Network rail is a great company and I work within a great team.
I feel very valued by Network Rail and my team.
I think my programme is well organised, I have regular one to ones with both my manager and college tutor. They are both also very supportive and if I have any issues or questions regarding my college work they both help me out.
I received a lot of support from my training provider, I am able to contact my tutor whenever I need to via email and onefile. She also visits me at my work place every 6 weeks to review where I am. I also attend one day a month at college.
I receive a lot of support from network rail, I have a very supportive team that help me with any queries I may have or if I struggle with a task.
My Salary meets my costs.
There is many events I can attend and I am encourage to attend as many as I can.
