I am a track apprentice which means I go out onto the railway and check and resolve any defects or issues
I have Learnt to be decisive and sure in what I am doing at my job
Meeting new people and learning vital life skills
Any query that I have will be resolved as soon as possible
It is very well structured
We are provided with top class training
We get a lot of support from the employer whether it be learning support or personal support
I currently live at home so as a starting wage I cannot really complain
There are plenty of opportunities to do lots of activities including charity work

Because the training is the best in the country and gives a job set for life
Just work your hardest everyday and it will all pay off in the end
