Since beginning I have worked along side the technical team and have now integrated into the team and earnt my place there.
I have a number if new qualifications and my depot has sent me on other training courses to make me one of the more competent people within the team.
the programme is defiantly worth doing
they know the value of my skills here and often put them to use as long as I am confident in what I am doing.
the training is excellent however having to go to and from Gosport from Leeds for training is a pain, it would be better if there where more training centres available for apprentices.
enough
enough
I am 19, have 3 cars and my own house on my apprentice wage so I would say as long as you are smart with your money it isn't a struggle.
yes however I don't attend often
Yes
good apprenticeship, good money and a good future
just be logical, think with common sense and be truthful throughout.
