I do feel valued by mbda. Apprentices are looked upon as equal to skilled workers.
The programme is very well organised and everything follows the structure set out.
I receive some support needed from my training provider. They help with all nvq questions and help to show how my log book should be.
I do receive as much support as possible from my employer. they will take time to answer any raised concerns and try to solve them
The salary package exceeds my costs.
There are many many opportunities to get involved with things outside of work. Company events, team building exercises, charity events and much more.
