I am second year, so i have a role in the management in the store. This gives ne a unique opportunity to show my skills and develop many more.
I have learned many skills such as time management, how the shop runs on a managerial side and i have developed skills in customer service and overall people skills.
I believe this programme is fantastic and would recommend anybody who has an aspiration of retail management to go ahead and give it a go.
Very.
Very well organised. Visits from tutor are spaced out well so this gives me opportunities to develop skills and show these skills in workbooks and observations.
I get a good amount of support from my provider as if i am unsure of any work given, help will be offered.
A lot. My store manager is more than happy to give me information on anything needed for the qualification.
It is reasonable. Well paid for an apprentice.
Yes. The qualification will be well recognised on my cv and will open up many opportunities in the world of management.
Yes
Very supportive in what you do and has a competative salary.
Be prepared to push yourself. It is not easy but if you strive to succeed it is very much worth it.
