i am an account handler who deals with the day to day running of an account. any queries a client may have will come into me which i will answer or revert to the Insurer.
i have developed my english skills i.e. emailing and also developed my communication and Insurance knowledge skills.
i have enjoyed every part of the apprenticeship
i feel very valued as from the start we were given our own accounts which gave us a massive amount of exposure and responsiblity.
very well organised as we have always had a point of contact throughout the process and have been kept up to date through the Skills company and through our interan contacts.
we recieved alot of support trough our training provider and the third party who would come in 5 times per course. (once a month).
my employers were especially helpful as they would give me time to revise when around the exam period and when working on accounts they biult a structure whereby it was easy to get support from either collegue when required
i was very happy with the salary.
there are many oppurtunities outside of work such as gym memborship and many different discounts and events organised within aon.
Yes
i have really enjoyed the whole expereince and it has been a great learning curve.
Make sure you put us much effort in as possible as it is a very hard process but very worth it.
