I've loved the programme so far, i've really enjoyed interacting with different people and meeting new people.
I feel very valued by having lots of big responsibilities from the off.
The exam system is a bit wrong, having completed the Cert CII i wont be able to take another exam for 8 months which is very frustrating.
Monthly meetings are very good from the training provider
Huge amounts of support from Aon they've been a fantastic company from the off. Especially from my manager and members from my team.
The salary is more than reasonable for the position, but i want to do as much as i can and get the exams to get a salary increase as soon as i can
The company has been fantastic at organising events and helped me to get involved with things in the bigger picture.
