We move around the business a lot so we cover many places around the sites. I get to speak to people across site and have worked with many different people so its interesting. I have worked in design to manufacturing engineering so the daily jobs are different every day.
We have college once a week and i have learnt working on the job so im developing skills all the time.
I think it is great to work with many different people so i and enjoy the variaty of jobs that we undertake.
I feel like i am a big part of BAE. The different areas have included me in everything they have done. They but most of their attention into making sure you are okay and have no problems.
We have a structure of work from day one and know what we will be doing next so its great.
we see our assessors at least twice every month to work through any problems and to receive guidance on anything we are unsure about. I find it really helpful.
All the managers and line managers have been very helpful and gave good guidance when needed.
I beleive that BAE offeres the best salary for apprentices so to match that you would have to be a very big company.
I am an ambassador so i get the oppertunity to work in schools and inform people about BAE but there is many more activities to be part of.
Yes
it is a good place to work and you can, up to a point, work where you want to work.
Be yourself and make sure you learn about the company.
