My day to day roles resolves around answering queries for clients, submitting cases and providing support such as meeting prep to client advisors. As well as opening new accounts/ portfolios, closing accounts etc.
Learnt lots of new skills through courses, both taken by internal and external people. As well as training for my exams which I have already undertaken the first exam.
I enjoy what I am doing as its interesting and the team are great to work with, there is also lots of support available.
UBS value their employees massively, I think it also helps being in the regions.
The programme is very structured in relation to studying and when exams etc are to be taken. In my opinion this is the only downside that it is actually too structured as people learn at different rates.
A decent amount.
A lot from my team, managers and the apprentice team.
My salary package meets my costs sufficiently.
Yes there are networking opportunities and voluntary opportunities with the company.
Yes
Because there is a great career prospect in a company that seems to value their employees.
