  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • -The course structure for my apprenticeship is excellent, the course I am doing is a trail-blazer meaning I go to Birmingham for 6 week blocks 3 times a year in order to complete the college side of it. This the same for all engineering apprentices from various tulip sites - While in Birmingham are stay ad expenses are paid for and it is good to be around other apprentices and share experiences from work and it is important for us in college as we all support each other in different ways. - every 6 weeks we have a sit down or a review to track progress and a log book is provided to keep tracks of jobs done in the workplace. When back at work we have work from college to do which can assist us within work when undertaking jobs. - When back at work I also do various courses to further improve my knowledge.
