  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • My day-to-day role is fairly varied and I have worked on a range of tasks since starting with the company 6 months ago. I mostly help prepare documents for client meetings, ensuring everything that is required is included. I also input data into the systems to update client's records. I have also been involved in everything from answering the main office phone to small analytical tasks.

  • I have learnt many new skills, particularly learning my new computer systems. I have developed my confidence speaking over the phone in a professional manner. This professional development extends further; as this is my first office job I now feel at ease with the 9-5 corporate culture.
