My role is assisting our Contracts Administrator and the Service Manager for direct sites. I create invoice applications and also create and raise quoted works for different sites whilst liaising with clients.
I have learnt a vast amount about the company and how to extensively use SAP, Coupa and Planon. These skills I have learnt on the job will be effective and apply for the foreseeable future as they can apply to a number of different roles.
I enjoy my programme as the people and values of the company are very diverse and they make everyone feel like a team, with everyones thoughts and opinions being equally listened to.
I am very involved with all company processes and feel like part of the team by helping my service manager.
My programme is well structured as my manager has created a chart depicting what I will learn in each month and has provided me with an incentive to work towards.
I have not had much support so far as I am early in my apprenticeship, I will however be going to Cambridge to study at some point in my apprenticeship.
I receive good support from my managers by receiving regular meetings about how my performance is going.
My salary is just about manageable with the costs of living and running a car however, is fairly low as is just over the national minimum wage.
There is an engie benefits programme which also includes an engie gym pass which is rewarding.
