I working within the Support & Development Team for North Tyneside's Revenue & Benefits Council. My primary task revolves around data recording.
I've improved my ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, and I've also improved my public speaking. I've realized how a large abundance of daily tasks can be completed through delegation dependent on individual skills.
The team which I work in is incredibly supportive. I'm very happy with the people I work with. Though the job itself has aspects which do not appeal to me as I do not find them enjoyable.
As stated previously the team I work in provides supports me without issue. I was also given the oppourtunity to go on an excursion to the Lake District for a team building exercise. The people and company make an effort to ensure we feel valued.
Before started I was provided with a general work plan to give myself an understanding of tasks I'll be undertaking over the course of the apprenticeship. The programme is further defined by my unit choices.
My Managers make every effort to answer any queries I have, and provide me with a variety of learning opportunities.
