As a finance apprentice I always strive to be able to provide the best support I possible can to both the contract and the finance team I am a part of. This involves a number of responsibilities such as; submitting overtime on a monthly basis to ensure that all staff within the cotract are paid the correct amount, managing P-Card data to ensure that all monies are charged back to the client with margin where applicable.
I have learnt a number of finance skills from the work I do on my apprenticeship and the work I do once at week at an external training provider.
I feel that there is room for me to improve alongside my colleagues/management team so that I can fulfill my potential.
I feel that there is an excellent innovation programme and also great initiatives to improve colleagues. The talent team also provide an excellent foundation for employees to progress within the company with sufficient training and experience.
I would say that my programme offers fairly good support
