Business Support for Sustainment Project Management -
I've learnt skills such as being able to use bespoke software and being able to use formulas in Excel spreadsheets. I am currently training for different qualifications and the business has also helped to improve my communication and presentation skills.
I really enjoy my programme and the people I work with. The company is made up of a lot of ex apprentices which makes working even better!
I feel very valued as we are always being told we are the future of the business as well as having our own apprentice awards and being invited to help on many different tasks from a higher level in the organisation.
The programme has a very strong and easy to follow programme which is structured to help apprentices know exactly what they will be doing and when.
The support from the training provider is excellent, they are always available to answer any questions and help to solve any problems that we may have!
Within the business itself there is a huge support circle, from both previous apprentices, new apprentices as well as managers and mentors. Everybody is really helpful and willing to ask questions and never treats you any different than you would as a full salaried member of staff.
It meets the costs of everything I need, with extra to spend after costs!
Yes, you can volunteer for many different company events such as Apprentice Open Evenings, Awards Nights, representing the appreniceship scheme to meet special guests as well as many other things!
Yes
The experience and qualifications you gain are recognised throughout the company. It's a great opportunity and everybody should have a go!
Just go for it! The application process may be long but it's all worth it in the end - it only gets the best out of people!
