Line manager appreciates the hours we commit, mainly internal recognition for what we do for the business, no external recognition. Only apprentice projects involve apprentices.
Induction to the business was very well structured with a lot of support. More support provided for the qualification by Fitchlearning. Tasks come from a easy and well structured hierarchy within teams. Programme so far has been well organized.
Training provider provides the most support I have ever experienced in education with them being available all the time and individual tutors being available to call or text and issues you may have with your course.
Manager and team provide the most support in learning the job, mentor assists and can give an impartial view on. General attitude towards the apprentices is positive and helpful.
