I am an Application Developer and a tester who tests software, systems and also fixes defects in software and systems.
I have developed my skills in programming languages and have learnt new skills in regards to computing systems.
I thoroughly enjoy my programme due to the knowledge I am learning
I feel valued by Atos as I have regular meetings with my manager to discuss my development
My programme is pretty well organised where units are split throughout my training period and coursework is available for completion throughout
I receive a good amount of assistance from my training provider
I receive a lot of assistance from my employer and colleagues to assist me in my tasks
The salary is very good compared to other apprenticeship wages
There are opportunities for charity and community projects
