Apprentice support engineer. Daily health checks every morning on various accounts to make sure that servers and services are running and to fix any issues that come up , meetings with customers on most days and going through support queues.
learnt more about citrix and how it works and have developed my skills in a lot of IT areas in general , even application such as office 365 and windows 7 etc , been on one training course so far for a networking fundamentals mta
I enjoy working with my team and the tasks that I am asked to do as it gives me the freedom to learn and the team are always there to help if I am stuck or don't know what to do
always have regular meetings with my line manager regarding how I am doing and always given plenty of work to do but not too much , always given feedback on work aswell
all very organised , set dates for training and meeting my skills coach
skills coach is there to help and visits every 5-6 weeks to discuss my work and is very helpful
