Production Support Analyst Daily tasks - Ensuring production stability. Monitoring batches and infrastructure. Responding and investigating user queries. Incident and problem management.

It is well structured, training and support provided is very good. Everyone has a mentor when they join which is very beneficial.
The support available from QA is good, they can sometimes be a bit unorganised but we have always got there in the end.
A lot, they are there when ever I need them, whether this be HR / manager/ team members.
Salary is very good for someone my age.
