Engage with the wider procurement team to deliver procurement targets and assist in project delivery. Speak to suppliers to discuss contractual agreements, supplier relationships, savings.
Learnt procurement skills. Developed communication and negotiation skills. Had the opportunity to attend CPD courses
Thoroughly enjoy working as part of the wider procurement team and assisting project delivery
Stepped up as Procurement Manager while a team member was away on LT sick, I felt valued and appreciated as I was trusted to undertake this role

It is a good company to work for. There is definitely a chance to develop within Engie. Also the company engages in lots of different types of business; Energy and Facilities Management so there is a lot of opportunity in my apprenticeship to work in different business sectors.
