We are in the process of completing the IOC
I enjoy the work lifestyle as well as the on the job learning we have by completing the IOC qualification.
We have regular meetings with our manager to make sure we are getting on with everyone well and to make sure we aren't struggling with anything.
The skills company and fitch structure our full programme with regular training sessions.
We are regular phone calls with our point of contact at the Skills Company.
Lots, we have meetings to make sure we are coping with the work load regularly.
As it is expensive to work in London as well as live the pay is good but obviously it could we better.
Yes
I would recommend it to a friend as I believe it was a better option than not going to uni because you are working but still also continuing to learn by doing the IOC.
I would recommend if you are doubting going to uni you shouldn't go and apply to an apprenticeship like the ones UBS offers as it is a much better option.
