Sampling Water, ensuring all operations are working efficiently.
Yes, I have learnt all about the treatment processes for both clean and waste water.
I enjoy the program as it allows me to get paid while I'm learning and gaining experience.
I feel very valued as I have regular reviews and people are eager to help me learn.
While on site the program is well structured as I have a mentor who shows me all the processes and what to do if a problem occurs. When at college, it is not so well structured as most tutors are confused on the qualifications we are doing.
I receive some support from the training company when needed.
I receive very good support my company and manager as there are people who are readily available to help with whatever you need.
The salary is very good. Especially considering i have came straight from school.
There are many opportunities for volunteering outside of work.
Yes
The company respects me and treats me like an employee rather then an apprentice.
